Try upgrading to the latest version of Jserv. This is WAY old.
You also should check the security.allowed.addresses directive in (I
believe) jserv.properties. If this is not set to the correct IP of the
Apache Server, Jserv will not allow connections.
You might also want to do a 'ps -ef |grep java' to see if the JVM is
running. If not, you are probably looking at a configuration issue. You
might want to read in the FAQ about manually starting the JVM.
