Well, if I may be so bold as to ask -- do you happen to know what the file

It has nothing to do with libtool dependencies...you only need
libtool/autoconf/etc if you are editing the configure.in files...

The problem is simply that that file is missing on your system, this has
nothing to do with JServ...
