That's only my dev environment, don't worry :)

How can a native library be linked successfully in manual mode and not
successfully in automatic mode? The library itself is world-readable and
is located in /usr/lib. And it is successfully loaded, because otherwise
System.loadLibrary would already throw an exception, which doesn't happen.
