Mmh,
could it be possible that you don't configured the listener well ? Because
the
CGI directory
is configured like this
<Directory "/ora2/ias_e/Apache/Apache/cgi-bin">
SSLOptions +StdEnvVars
</Directory>
So I think this must be also be done for the servlet location
