Uh I'm sure there is a pretty simple way to do this, but I seem to have
missed finding it.
I want to use dynamic hyperlinks, ie
<a href="/servlets/ReviewProjInfo?ProjNo=3000001">
these work fine where I am using a number variable, but if I use a text
variable, spaces, apostrophies etc. require translation for passing to
servlets.
Is there a java class/method for doing this?
