WHEN YOU POST, include all relevant version numbers, log files,

I'm running Tomcat 3.1 along with Apache 1.3 and the service is running fine
except when I try and use 'initialization parameter' located an a file
called web.xml located in my WEB-INF directory. The Init Params don't seemed
to get passed to my servlet. Any ideas on what I can try???
