Config
======

Apache: 1.3.12
JServ: 1.1.2-2
JDK: 1.2.2
OS: Win 2000 Server

I'm having a weird problem starting JServ on Windows 2000.
If I start Apache as a service, then JServ comes up fine.
If I start Apache from the programs menu (while logged in as administrator)
then JServ fails to start, and writes the following messages to logs\jserv.log

[02/10/2000 19:55:53:583 PDT] ApacheJServ/1.1.2 is starting...
[02/10/2000 19:55:53:603 PDT] Connection authentication is disabled
[02/10/2000 19:55:53:613 PDT] Connection allowed from 127.0.0.1/127.0.0.1
[02/10/2000 19:55:53:613 PDT] Listening on port 8007 accepting 50 maximum connections
[02/10/2000 19:55:53:613 PDT] ApacheJServ/1.1.2: Exception creating the server socket:
java.net.SocketException: create (code=10106)

If I subsequently start JServ from the command line, it starts-up quite happily.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Advance thanks, Paul.
