try following:
Remove follwing config lines:
--with-javac=/usr/local/bin \
--with-javadoc=/usr/local/bin \
--with-jar=/usr/local/bin
And change the --with-jsdk to --with-JSDK and so that it only points to the
directory not the jar.
You should not need an environment classpath at all for compiling and
installing jserv AFAIK.
I know this may not be what you want but try this to see if you can get
installation and jserv running.
