You need to included the Plug-in in the HTML file.  Just run HTML Converter
on the HTML file.  This will add the Plug-in stuff to the file.  Then go
ahead and try running it in NetScape again.

PS
If your on Solaris, to make your life easier, use the NetScape browser
supplied by Sun not AOL.
