You missed one -- ApJServRetryAttempts ...
Setting this a positive integer (say, between 2 and 5) means that
mod_jserv will attempt to connect to the JVM up to that many times before
returning a server error. It does a 1 second sleep between each
attempt.
This can allow you to avoid server errors during a restart.
