I have put a copy of this dll up at:
<http://java.apache.org/jserv/dist/dll/ApacheModuleJServ1b3_136.dll>
It seemed to work on my PC, I didn't try running any servlets yet, but I did
get the server to start. Please rememeber to rename the above file to just
ApacheModuleJServ.dll
