sure, why not :) but I need somewhere to host it.
It is intended to be a generic java interface to the win32 Service
Control Manager, and so it is predominantly native code along the lines
of JST <http://www.jobjects.com/products/jst/index.html>, but I dont
know if it would be appropriate as part of apache - any suggestions?
maybe org.gjt ?
