I don't agree to this part of the license and thus, we won't be
re-distributing the JSDK. F*ck Sun for trying to make me defend them and pay
for their court costs for any problems in their code. Being someone working
in an OS project who doesn't get paid to use their code, I will not agree to
that since I don't have any money to help defend myself in case we get sued
for a bug in their code.

I tried really hard to get their attorney's to see the light, but
alas...they all have their heads stuck in a dark hole. :-(

Our solution to this problem was to convince Sun to OS their servlet engine
and the source code to the servlet spec. That is now the Jakarta Project...
