Candidate would lead a small team and would be responsible for:
24/7 availability and information security of network infrastructure as per industry quality standards. Implementing information (network) security policies and procedures, with the necessary access levels, permissions etc for the organization and obtaining industry standard certifications. Configuring and setting up routers/switches and firewalls. Perform penetration and intrusion prevention tests to validate integrity and sanctity of network infrastructure. Performing information security risk assessments and serves as an internal auditor for security issues, ISO related certification/PCI certification Defining the information security architecture, obtaining industry standard certifications and setting up corporate processes and policies. Managing the system and network infrastructure including the data center, domain controllers, production servers, test servers etc. Monitoring compliance with information security policies and procedures, referring problems to the appropriate department manager. Configuring system and network parameters and troubleshooting complex issues related to the server operating systems and hardware. Overseeing troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary and working with project teams to help implement Internal Systems. Responsible for IT procurement and inventory management function. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Required Skills:- Excellent knowledge of network equipment and experience in managing network devices like routers, firewall, load balancers, switches etc. Solid experience in information security, network certifications, and managing a data center. Experience in setting up corporate processes and policies e.g. license management, asset man- agement, etc. Expertise in Linux system administration with a thorough understanding of the security archi- tecture, available tools, NIS/NFS, MTAs etc. Working knowledge of Windows system administration including Windows 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory management, Security management, including Group Policy Objects and Ad- ministrative scripting. Grasp on at least one programming/scripting (BASH, Perl Python etc) language. Hands on experience on setting up build frameworks (like Cruise Control/Luntbuild) and version control systems (like CVS/SVN) would be a plus. 2) QA-Manager (for Finance/Banking/Mobile/Security domain companies) Exp:- 8-12 years of experience in managing a team responsible for testing enterprise grade Java/J2EE applications. Required Skills:- • Experience in planning, designing, and performing functional and system level tests. • Strong experience in creating functional and regression automation suites using test automation frameworks. • Experience in industry standard performance testing frameworks • Experience on testing and evaluation of mobile applications and getting applications certified with Java Verified program would be a big plus. • Well versed with software development life cycle concepts and industry standard QA practices. • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership • Hugely inspirational with ability to build, motivate and drive a team.
