Candidate must have very strong communication skills as he/she will be in front of client, managing the project and communicating progress. *Business Process Management* experience (*Savvion* preferred; also acceptable *IBM Process Server, Pegasystems or Aqualogic*). *Must have Process & Project management experience* Need some front end web experience i.e. JSP, Java etc… Must be able to review code Must have strong communication skills, candidate will be in front of the client.
