Work side by side with technology support and subject matter experts, interviewing and gathering content to produce operating instructions thorough enough to permit an experienced operator to perform the relevant operation successfully. Catalog documentation in the operating instructions management knowledge repository (OIM). Responsible for meeting specific deliverables, reporting progress, and recommending process improvements that can be adapted across the Firm (e.g. templates, frameworks).
