Business Systems Analyst Location: FL
Rate: $30-35/HR
Duration: One Year
Job Description:
Systems Analyst will analyze, evaluate and develop existing or proposed
systems / process enhancements. As a key member of the Applications
Development team, the Systems Analyst will develop requirements for
applications or will analyze and modify logic in existing applications. This
position will also coordinate activities within a matrixed IT organizations
(e.g., database, other Development teams technical support, etc.) to ensure
that system improvements are successfully implemented.
Manage all aspects of the business requirements during all phases of the
development lifecycle and participate in other components such as: business
case development, development efforts, and system deployment
Play a key role in managing system requirement changes and estimating
system/development impact.
Must be A self-starter and team player who is assertive, independent and can
manage multiple responsibilities without close supervision
Effectively work with the business and facilitating the definition of
functional system requirements (JAR/JAD Sessions).
Work with the technology team to translate business requirements into
detailed design documents
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
Effectively and proactively report status to IT and business management
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Proficiency with Visio and Functional workflows
Must have strong technical documentation skills and excellent oral and
written communication skills
aProvide assistance to technical analysts, business users and other project
team members
