This is Guru from Login Soft Consulting LLC, We have a urgent requirement with one of your direct client. *System/ Business analyst* *Location: Knoxville, TN* *Duration: 6+ Months* * Responsibilities* 1. Participate on scrum teams to develop custom applications 2. Develop knowledge of third party applications to identify integration requirements, define enhancements, and assist with user training and deployment 3. Develop data integration requirements to support development projects 4. Work with Business Intelligence analysts to develop reporting capabilities 5. Work with Quality Assurance (QA) analysts to define appropriate test cases, scenarios, and scripts; review defects; and verify test results 6. Provide second level application support 7. Provide support to end users 8. Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor. 9. Provide after hours and weekend support for the department on a cyclic basis. * Requirement* 1. Education: Bachelor degree 2. Experience: 3 or more years of experience in system and/or business analysis roles (requirements, quality assurance, production support, and training). 3. Methodology : Experience on projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is desired. Experience with and understanding of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) desired 4. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, ability to multi-task and work effectively on multiple projects, understanding of basic finance, ability to learn quickly, and ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in multiple disciplines 5.
