If you are interested, please send me your updated resume along with the needed information listed below. * ** ODI Developer Location: Colorado Springs - CO Duration :4+Months Responsibilities: ** *• Analysis, design, construction and testing of complex end user applications using Oracle 11g RAC and Oracle Data Integrator • Participate in business requirements analysis sessions • Identify and document functional and derived requirements and map them to customer requirements • Identify and document system requirements taking into account functional requirements as well as performance, functionality, and supportability, etc. • Complete functional and technical design deliverables • Complete code builds and unit test to validate design including documentation deliverables • Conduct code reviews to ensure development is performed in accordance with development standards • Identify changes, analyze the impact of change and provide detailed assessments to determine the LOE • Follow version control and change management processes to support internal and external audit requirements • Participate in technical interchange meetings • Adhere to and contribute to development standards • Work with the Production Operations team to optimize ongoing performance • Escalate issues to development teams, other support organizations and third parties as appropriate • 5+ years of Oracle 10g or later SQL and/or PL/SQL 5+ years experience in ETL process development with large record volumes • 2+ years of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) development • 5+ years experience in Oracle DDL scripting • 5+ years experience in Oracle PL/SQL packages (DBMS_*, UTL_*) • 5+ years experience creating and implementing physical databases from relational and dimensional logical data models • Expert in Oracle SQL Loader • Extensive experience with data transfers and data sharing using flat files, database links, and web services • Experience as an Oracle DBA preferred • Must be familiar with current version of Oracle 10g, Advanced SQL and PL/SQL, Application development experience in an Oracle environment, Data Modeling/Relational Database Design • Experience in planning space allocation, creating and managing table spaces, partitioning strategies. • Database optimization experience with Oracle DBMS and experience using database-monitoring tools • 4year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • Working knowledge of networks • Working knowledge of Linux OS • Working knowledge of software version control concepts and change management processes • Working knowledge of ETL processes • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts both relational and dimensional • Working knowledge of UNIX shell scripting • Working knowledge Hyperion EPM infrastructure • Working knowledge of automated job scheduling • Experience with Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL • Strong experience in Microsoft Office productivity tools • Understanding of authentication and authorization security concepts • Understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Demonstrated expertise in change management and version control practices Interpersonal Competencies • Detailed oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative • Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities • Sound, logic based decision making • Quick learner • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently • Work proactively and reactively • Recognize areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement • Assess conflicting priorities and prioritize appropriately • Communicate at all levels of the organization including IT and customer senior management • Identify issues to leads and/or management and provide possible solutions • Provide timely and accurate status on job assignments * Skill Matrix* *Skills Amount Of Experience You Have Rating (0-5) * Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Oracle 10g (and or/above) SQL PL/SQL * Note: provide own laptop. *LAPTOP Requirements: 4GB RAM Windows 7 Microsoft Office suite 2007 or higher.
