Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS provider in the *King of Prussia* area, has 3 immediate needs for experienced and competent SQL Developers. This is being piloted as a "quasi-outsourcing" arrangement. This firm has recently landed a number of large clients and the workload has outpaced their ability to staff up resources. Therefore, they are partnering with MissionStaff exclusively to provide them with a steady stream of SQL Developers who can specialize in a fairly repetitive set of tasks involving Transformation and Loading of Data (The T and L of ETL). The client will want to interview the candidates before pulling the trigger but we will be given more leeway to bring people on, especially after some initial success. The initial contract is 3 months but that is only because they want to pilot this solution. If successful, they will continue to bring more of our people on as they land more clients and the length of engagement will likely stretch out. It's not for a lack of work.
