Senior Salesforce Designer/Development Lead (Multiple openings)
a. 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Design/Development
b. 7-10 years of total IT development experience
c. Someone who leads off with Salesforce Administration in their
resume is not the right candidate.
d. Experience supporting Enterprise Projects/Initiatives
i. He
described this as supporting a single client for a duration of 1-2 years
and could have worked on multiple projects for the same client during this
time
ii.
Experience
thinking on long term basis vs. short term fixes
iii. Not
interested in resources that move from project to project every 3-6 months
e. He wants an Innovator. Someone that doesn't just write code but
created or did something unique with Salesforce. He's looking for the
differentiator that makes them better than the rest.
f. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
g. Financial Services experience is a plus
h. Certifications are a plus (Depends on when they were certified)
