*Title: *Informatica Developer *Company: *Boston University *Location: *25 Buick Street, Boston, MA *Duration: *6 months *Interview Process: *phone then onsite - local to MA - this is a high level project and he does not want to deal with people relocating. - Wants hands on experience with Informatica Powercenter 9.0 or 8.6 and Oracle - by hands on he means this person needs to have designed, developed the code, tested their own code, developed the test cases for the code, etc. - Regarding Powercenter, he wants to see that they have done the scheduling, analyzed the source data, record, and target, etc. - The role itself is mainly development and design. - There is one major project going on right now and then a few smaller ones in the pipeline. The major project will take up about 50% of the persons time. The project is an ERP implementation for BU's student housing - deals with housing allocation, maintenance of the buildings, how the rooms are allocated, etc. They are making improvements to their current system. The project basically starts with the integrations team under Loyola which consists of 2 informatica developers and then this one additional developer - they will be providing all the data for the project. Loyola is the Architect for the project which is in the initiation phase, they have not even started to architect a solution.
