*Rate:* $45-$50/hr CTC(Lower rate for people who don’t have all skills) *Contract length:* Starts at 4 month but should be extended to end of 2015 *Interview:* 30 min phone screen/ Skype *Start Date:* ASAP *Extra information I need from you with Submittal:* LAST 5 of SSN and Birth Month and Birth day *Job Description:* · 4+ years configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches. · 4+ years configuring Cisco switches with layer 2 and layer 3 vlans, trunking, and high availability options. · Experience configuring IPsec Site to Site VPN using Cisco hardware and IOS. · Experience working with ISP carriers in single and dual homed router designs (BGP peered a plus). · Practical experience implementing designs with BGP and OSPF routing protocols. · Experience navigating firewall policy and logging using Cisco, CheckPoint, Palo Alto or other firewall vendors. Contract Position Responsibilities: Primary focus for the engineer relates to the migration of strategic partners into regional network hubs for their ISP access. This may include but not limited to the following tasks. - Network and IP discovery - Teaming with local IT resources - Hardware installation and configuration - Network migration engineering and support - Documentation creation and updates - Order of telco circuits and associated support for test and turn up - Assist security resources on firewall policy creation and validation - Provide project management for portions of the migration process Assets: Experience with GRE routing. experience with IOS or firewall NAT/PAT. Working knowledge of SSL and Client VPN. Knowledge of TCP/IP and troubleshooting application flows.
