Start Date: 3/23/15 Title: Software Configuration Management Consultant Project Details: Client has an internal resource leaving on medical leave and is looking to bring on a consultant to join the Software Change Management Team. This SCM Consultant will be managing the processes and validation of tickets that request the developers to update or change the software’s original state. The Client is running Serena Business Manager (Teamtrack) that manages the validation process. The Client is looking for SCM Consultant that can hit the ground running, and knows process tools and controls. The client needs to have a consultant that has in-depth knowledge of Serena Business Manager, also known as Teamtrack.
