Tasks
The client Operations Center is seeking a tester to support the 2015 SOW020
- client MyBlue Customer eService.
Vendor Information
No more than 1 resume per vendor. All candidates must be vetted by the
vendor liaison prior to resume submission to FEPOC. Test case sample must
be presented with the resume.

The Service Benefit Plan Administrative Service Corporation (SBPASC) needs
1 (one) contingent worker who has strong test case writing and expertise in
testing Web based/GUI applications as well as Mobile Application testing.
Candidate should also have understanding of the Hewlett Packard/Mercury
testing tool suite. This individual will be part of the eSolutions and
Enrollment Quality Assurance (ESENQA) team that is transitioning from
Waterfall to Agile methodology. Following are the responsibilities:

Participate in all Agile/Scrum team activities
Analyze user stories to determine the appropriate testing methods and
processes.
Utilize the Hewlett Packard/Mercury testing tool suite for test case
creation, execution, reporting, and defect logging.
Conduct test case reviews to ensure test cases accurately capture
functionality identified in user acceptance criteria.
Create test data using existing Enrollment and Claims applications.
Work directly with members (Requirement Analysts, Developers, Scrum Master,
and Project Manager) of the Scrum team to deliver a quality product to the
customer.
Provide customer support to the external User Acceptance test teams,
Create manual and automated scripts for regression testing, as needed.
Projected Level of Effort
Required Skills:
Must have testing experience within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Must have an understanding of the testing and development life cycle
methodologies.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in testing web based
applications.
Must have minimum 5 years experience in and Mobile application testing
(Mobile Website and Mobile app).
Must have minimum 3 year experience in Enrollment processing and must be
familiar with claims processing in healthcare industry.
Must have three (5) years of experience in manual and automated testing
using HP QuickTest Pro.
Must have two (5) years of experience using Quality Center/ALM and/or an
equivalent tool.
Must be familiar with Agile Manager or equivalent tool.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in
English).

Preferred Skills:
All required skills are must haves.
Familiarity with web service testing using SOAPUI.

1. Hewlett Packard Tool Suite Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and
Quick Test Pro (QTP)
2. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
3. HP Agile Manager
4. SoapUI
