More backend. 4-5 years overall development experience
3+ years Java development (Core Java) Groovy experiene is a big plus (not required) SQL/Stored Procedures - Back end is primarily Sybase, so Sybase experience is a huge plus (although unlikely to find!), SQL Server experience is a good second, any good SQL experience is sufficient UNIX expeirece/Shell Scripting .Net is a value add as there are both Java apps and .Net apps in this environment. Someone with expeirnece in both technologies becomes more adaptable, adn thefore more attractvie to the team.
