The .Net Developer must possess the following skills: . Experience in Net Framework 2.0 to 4.5 . Experience in ASP.NET MVC . Experience in MS SQL Server (T-SQL) 2008 onwards . Experience in XML/XSD . Experience in ADO.NET . An ability to understand the complexity of a large integrated system and to trace problems to their source. . Work cooperatively with other Team Members including Team-Leader/Manager, Developers, Testers, Designers and others . Experience in Agile and Scrum Methodologies . Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, 5 years minimum experience programming in a 3rd generation languages and knowledge of software design patterns Desired Skills/Experience In addition to the above, this individual should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and ensure cooperation and coordination among the various partners. . Knowledge in Windows Communication Foundation . Knowledge of JQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap and JSON is a plus . Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. . Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships. This focus requires the capability to build trust and nurture relationships with partners while maintaining the project momentum and progress. . Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business.
