This Skills required for this role on this specific engagement: • Previous experience performing functional analysis, configuring, and administering Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> functionality in Service Cloud, Sales Clouds, force.com and Salesforce Knowledge. • Previous experience acting as a business analyst using Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> required. • 3+ years administering CRM systems/tools. • Documenting and managing business and functional requirements required. Gateways required for this role: • Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> Administrator or Developer certification required. Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> Service and Sales Cloud certifications preferred. • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related certification/training and 5-7 years of equivalent professional experience.
