Rate: $47/hr Duration: 3+ months Location: Indianapolis, IN Client: OneAmerica Job Description: *RS Pre-Sales to Transition – Salesforce Requirements Gathering* Primary assignment is to own the requirements gathering for a process re-engineering effort for new business that flows into Retirement Services division of OneAmerica. Currently, processes exist outside of Salesforce. The strategy is to move them into Salesforce. This position partners with IT and the functional business area users to define, clarify, and document business requirements. Development of functional design specifications may also be required. This position has the experience and knowledge to conduct complex analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution of business system and business process problems. A key for this position is the ability to get business users to think fully about the end to end solution, how it will work, how it will support business processes, what data and/or reports are needed, etc. The goal is to define and document thorough requirements that will remain steady throughout the life of the project.
