*Job Summary:* Our company needs the expertise of a Sales and Marketing Consultant who has experience in building new relationships with clients and providing an exemplary level of service to meet our client's needs. *Job Responsibilities:* · Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. · Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. · Accountable for full-cycle recruitment for various levels of roles, both technical and non-technical · Partner with Department Leaders and Hiring Managers to build and execute hiring strategies · Manage, prioritize, and hire to a high volume of open positions *Job Requirements:* · Experience working in a fast pace environment · Full cycle recruiting experience · Ability to recruit passive candidates through research, networking, utilizing online tools and cold calling · Ability to source active candidates through various job boards · Ability to assess and evaluate talent, to pre-close and to negotiate and close candidates · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Proven success in building partnerships with Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders · Experience managing a high volume of hiring demands · Experience performing other basic HR responsibilities -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "java-core" group.
