Title: Kronos Developer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Length: 6-8 Weeks
We're looking for a contractor that has Kronos Timekeeper experience as
well as good PM skills to be onsite for 6-8 weeks.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years working with
Kronos Workforce
Central with excellent Timekeeper skills.
Requirements
Extensive experience with Workforce Timekeeper (WTK)
Excellent experience configuring and modifying pay rules
Excellent experience with configuring primary labor accounts
Excellent experience Time and Labor Transfer experience
Excellent experience configuring Function Access Profiles
Experience configuring primary jobs a plus
Experience with Kronos In touch devices a plus
Experience with custom reports a plus
Experience with Workforce HR a plus
Scope of Work
The warehouse management would like to run ‘Hours Worked’ reports by
department
Focus point of the reports will be on the Overtime
Departments are coded in each employee’s primary labor account
Labor Transfers should be included in each department’s report
All managers to have capability to access hours and approve timecards
Managers should be able to see all employees but can group by area for
easy review
Capability to run reports to recognize hours worked based on the date
the employees clock out
