Fix Version/s: 1.5.1
For the link to the Javadoc: same as AXIS2-3806; fixed in 1.5.1.
For the docs distribution: starting with 1.5.3 and 1.6, the docs distribution
will simply contain a locally browsable copy of the site; see [1].
