I know 1.7 hasn't been released yet, but I thought I would create this issue to
make sure someone knows about it. org.apache.rampart.handler.WSDoAllReceiver
was deprecated up to release axis2 1.7 where it's been removed. Rampart's
module.xml still refers to WSDoAllReceiver which results in a
ClassNotFoundException (stack trace in comments).
