Renamed classes as Hoss proposed. Tried to hide DocFieldCachingIndexReader, no
luck - IndexReader members access rights problems raised. FieldSelector is now
verified to be the same and is used by StoredFieldComparatorSource for
DocFieldCachingIndexReader creation.
Timings didn't change much - they probably would if documents in index were
larger.
