Workin' on it. Subversion trunk for KS uses a unified postings format, including per-position boost. Today I'm attempting to adapt PostingsWriter, SegTermDocs (soon to be renamed PostingList) and the scorers to deal with any logical combination of store_field_boost, store_freq, store_position, and store_boost. I may need to work up the position-aware coordinator for BooleanScorer before long, because that will also have to tolerate multiple postings formats.
