Hmm actually it's not so simple, because we also need the directory to be
cloned if you reopen the segment or get a whole new SegmentReader. Also, the
case that LUCENE-1430 fixed (in IndexReader.open) also must be guarded against
in reopen. I'll work out a new patch...
