OK wanna post a new patch w/ all these fixes? I'll re-test, and add on-demand
queue. If perf cost of that one is still too high, we may want to offer a
queue that pulls MultiReader's FieldCache values, but uses the slot-based
pqueue (we would have to fix this insanely slow warm time if we do that...). I
bet for very large queue sizes that'd give the best performance, at the obvious
expense of reopen cost.
