Looks great Simon!  I removed the JAR, changed the <get> to a bogus host, and 
confirmed that it did not fail.

Now the only question is how to not fail only if it's the nightly build.  Note 
that the nightly build runs "ant nightly", so can we somehow set something 
under the "nightly" target, that contrib/db/bdb's build.xml could access, to 
know it's the nightly build?
