Aside: a singe numeric range query will be doing many term seeks (one at the
start of each enumeration). It doesn't look like these will currently utilize
the cache - can someone refresh my memory on why this is? We should keep the
logic that prevents the cache while iterating over terms with a term
enumerator, but it seems like using the cache for the initial seek would be
nice.
