Mark fixed the interleaved output here, so this is good.
But, there is a problem in that we change java.io.tmpdir in tests, so we cannot
use it
for the lock file. So if we fix tests to only use "tempDir", then we are ok
with the formatter,
as it can just use java.io.tmpdir for its lock file.
