Hello Biljana, Yes, it is confusing with so many choices.
These steps worked for me. Step 1 Go to this page http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp Step 2 Download and install this Java SE Development Kit (JDK) Bundles = JDK 6 Update 12 with Java EE Step 3 Go to this page http://java.sun.com/javaee/downloads/index.jsp Step 4 Down load and install this. GlassFish Java EE + Tools (It is the onw on the far right column.) I hope it helps.
