We were having some problem with Paypal payment scheme so we disabled it
for now
while we are testing it again.
So you can pay only with credit card for now. (The Icon says "Paypal" but
if you proceed to the next page, you will see area where you can pay with
credit card.)

It is already changed to "paid" subscription site - hence the old link
to the hands-on
labs do not work anymore. You can do the registration/subscription
from website

There is a student (50%) discount and discount for folks living in
non-G20 countries (30%).
You have to provide the verification, however first.
