I guess you get a lot of questions about JDK1.2 for Linux porting
status. I'm
one of those interested in knowing more about it...
I bet you are all busy out there and don't need more things to do.
Anyway, as I'm and
probably thousands(?) of others are checking the Blackdown pages for
JDK1.2 information
it still would be very nice to have something more than "ready to
release in less than a month from now" - since there seems to be no
indication of the "now" part i.e. no date
reference whatsoever.
Now don't get me wrong... I'm not hurrying you up, neither I'm
dissatisfied with the work
you have done and are doing. No, no, and no! I'm just too keen on having
this thing work
on Linux, too bloody interested in it to let you do your important work
in peace. Since the
www.blackdown.org pages are so easy to check out (compared to news and
all) would
you be kind and add a couple of lines more there?
