Mozilla v0.6 and Blackdown JRE plugin 1.3.0

I seem to be getting the following error while installing the
blackdown.org jre 1.3.0 plugin with Mozilla v0.6....

Can anyone help me to resolve this?  I've tried both the Netscape 6
and blackdown versions of the JRE plugin but get the same basic
error for both.  Thanks in advance.
