Hello. I'm having a problem with the 1.4.2.01 JRE on Gentoo Linux. As an example, please compare the following two screenshots, one showing the application "Jext" when run with the Sun JRE 1.4.2.08 and once with the Blackdown JRE 1.4.2.01:
Sun JRE: http://alexander.skwar.name/details.php?image_id=1816 Blackdown: http://alexander.skwar.name/details.php?image_id=1817 As you can see on the screenshots, when I use the Blackdown JRE, the font lines are too "high". Compared with the Sun JRE, the lines are twice the height. This happens with all the Java programs that I run, not just with Jext. Why is this happening and what do I have to do, so that it does NOT happen?
