Hi -
I'm a comparitive newbie to JSSI - I installed it and the <SERVLET>
stuff works fine. What I'm trying to understand is how URL rewriting
works, and what's in the docs isn't sinking in. A simple (and possibly
stupid) questions:
I have a servlet that spits out a page that contains some .jthml links
in it. Supposidly when those links are selected, the session
propogating fascility with rewrite all the links contained in those
.jthml files so that they contain session id's as get params. But where
does the session ID come from ? Must my opriginal calling servlet
include them in the .jhtml links ?
What would greatly help is a simply use case that demonstrates this
thing in action. I have the impression that it could be tremendously
useful, but I haven't figured out how to use it yet.
