*Job Description:*
- Solaris UNIX system administration including Solaris 10.
- VCS, Veritas Storage foundation and other High Availability techniques
in UNIX environment.
- Solaris Disk Suite or Solaris Volume Manager.
- Shell scripting and/or Perl scripting experience.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in UNIX environment.
- EMC storage array based SAN environment.
- Sun Entry-Level, Midrange and High-End Enterprise servers and Sun disk
arrays.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting and troubleshooting
Solaris networking services.
- Protocols: TCP/IP, NIS, DNS, NFS, LDAP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, SNMP, SSL, HTTP
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in UNIX environment.
- UNIX environment with Oracle or other large-scale databases and Java
application server like Websphere.
- Experience in an environment where Windows systems and Solaris systems
must integrate.
