Client requires the services of this worker in order to remediate the halFILE application. The goal is to upgrade the programming language and integrate the programs using VB.NET running in a Windows 2003 Server environment. The application uses a combination of SQL Server 6.5 and FoxPro databases. This will be remediated to MS SQL 2005. The worker should be able to translate existing methodology, work with a team to develop the remediated application, document the process, and test the system.
