Loc:PA *SeniorJ2EE Developer with strong UI and backend experience* Please note the must have - JSF (4 years), Spring, Hibernate, US degree and excellent communication skills The candidate will work on User interface for the WebApplication along with backend development but primary focus will be on UI somust be very strong. * JSF, AJAX, Spring and Hibernate, US Degree, excellent communication skills MUST HAVE* Must have Technical Skills – 1. Strong UI development using JSF and AJAX, MVC framework. *Prior project experience using JSF and AJAX, at least last 4 years in a technical lead position.* 2. J2EE development using Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Oracle 10g database. 3. WebLogic 10+ experience. 4. Agile software Development methodology - MUST 5. Automated Unit test case development using JUNIT, CruiseControl or similar continuous integration tool set. 6. Masters degree, Strong oral and written communications with both technical and non-technical audiences. 7. Must collaborate with other internal technology teams to coordinate and deliver software systems. 8. Takes personal initiative; conscientiousness and complete follow-through on areas of responsibility. 9. Able to work well within a small, focused, talented team. 10.
