Position 1: *Senior J2EE Developer with strong UI and backend experience* The candidate will work on User interface for the Web Application along with backend development but primary focus will be on UI so must be very strong. Must have Technical Skills ? 1. Strong UI development using Oracle ADF, JHeadstart, JSF and AJAX, JDeveloper 11g, MVC framework. Prior project experience using ADF, JSF and JHeadstart is must, at least last 2 years on ADF. 2. J2EE development using Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Oracle 10g database. 3. WebLogic 10 version experience. 4. Agile software Development methodology - MUST 5. Automated Unit test case development using JUNIT, CruiseControl or similar continuous integration tool set. 6. Masters degree, Strong oral and written communications with both technical and non-technical audiences. 7. Must collaborate with other internal technology teams to coordinate and deliver software systems. 8. Takes personal initiative; conscientiousness and complete follow-through on areas of responsibility. 9. Able to work well within a small, focused, talented team. 10.
